Pearl River Sports & Culture owns such “three advantages” as the industrial advantage in the general contracting construction, engineering service and operation management of large-scale public facilities especially sports venue, platform advantage in a large number of sports venue operation and management rights and capital operation advantage of two listed companies,Pearl River Industrial Group Limited (600684)，，and “Pearl River Sports & Culture (837774)，， after it was formally listed on new three board in July, 2016. It steps on the double wheel driving fast lane of industry operation and capital operation and it also fully corresponds to the integration demand of PPP model for project investment, construction and operation and becomes the preferred operator of PPP model of domestic newly-developing sports venue.

The Company is the professional institute which applies PPP model to operate the sports venue at the earliest. It proves the professional strength in the operation management field of large-scale sports venues through the successful operation of Guangzhou Stadium . The Company integrates the abundant property and hotel management experience of Pearl River Industrial Group into the operation management of Guangzhou Stadium and it creates the domestic professional, systematic, intelligent and integrated management service system of sports venue. It can provide such full service solution as the design procurement consultation, development of operation management system, operation management practice. All sports venues operated by the company are multifunction venues and can be used for the purposes, such as athletic contests, art performance activity, cultural exchange, convention and exhibition, recreational and sports activities of government and enterprise, brand show and the like，end catering, parking space, relaxation，entertainment and other supporting facilities can satisfy the demand of all kinds of venue leasing.

公司总结了历年来在广州体育馆所承担的青少年业余体校运动培训项目的成功经验，并在所 辖场馆予以复制推广，开展了游泳、篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球、轮滑、跆拳道、武术、体育舞蹈等 多个运动项目的培训业务，坚持“因材施教、以质取胜”，通过自主招生或与社区、学校、团体 等单位展开合作，致力于为青少年塑造坚强的体魄。

The Company summarizes the successful experience of teenager amateur sports school sport training projects undertaken in Guangzhou Stadium over the years, copies and popularizes such experience in the venues within its jurisdiction, and carries out the training tasks for swimming, basketball, table tennis, badminton, roller skating, kickboxing, martial art, sports dancing and many other sports projects and the company sticks to “teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and winning through high quality” and is devoted to shaping strong body for teenagers via independent recruitment or the cooperation with community, school, groups and other organizations.
